hi, we already examine your worksheets 1 and 2 for holiday tracker 1 and 2 the raw data is coming from holiday tracker 1, with the date, name and the data itself. we understand that you want to transfer the data from holiday tracker 1 to holiday tracker 2 base on the name and the date also and it has to precisely input into the holiday tracker 2 table. we can make the macro for you, we need more info regarding about the holiday tracker 1, in the description, you said H=Full day, which mean 8 hours and HD = Half day which mean 4 hours how about the number in holiday tracker 1, that state 8, 40, 24 and 4, for number 8 we assume it is full day ??? and number 4 it is HD and the data will be input into tracker 2 matching the name and the date? then the next question is what 24 and 40 mean? if we assume from your description 24/8 will be 3 Full days starting from the date in tracker 1 or 24/4 which mean 6 days from the date and for number 40 it is either 40/8 or 40/4 and the end result will be a mark of holiday number in tracker 2 starting from the date in tracker 1 is this what you need????? if not, please do inform us exactly you need and we can start to build the macros our working estimation for matching the data and input into the sheet around 2 days for further information, you can contact our phone 08.13-82.82-96.98 thank you please also check our other project in our youtube channel "EXCEL DAHSYAT" we have plenty of work has been done
