Create MS Excel VBA code to produce Monthly Expense Report

I need a Microsoft Excel VBA expert who regularly develops complex VBA code and has great attention to detail. I expect an expert will need to spend 5 hours of time to complete this project. There is a deadline we need to meet. This project needs to be completed within 2 days of commencing. I have a Microsoft Excel file that has thousands of expenses organized by department listed on one sheet and employee monthly salaries organized by department listed on another sheet. I need someone to develop the code to add up the expenses and report on the expenses in different ways. Some examples of what we need to do is as follows: - Who are our biggest suppliers and how much money do we spend with them? - What were our expenses during the prior quarter and have they increased or decreased this quarter? - What are our top 10 most expensive projects over the past 10 years? - What is the split between internal and outsourced expenses between departments? The expense data comes from many different people so there is often problems we need to automatically correct. Examples include: - One person using "Department 1" another using "Dept. 1" and another using "DEPT1" so we have a translation sheet to do an auto-replace - Some people forgetting to fill in fields such as "Department Manager Name". So we need to auto-populate that if the Department is "Department 1" then the Department 1 Manager's name is "Joe Smith" In order to make sure we pick up on all data entry errors we need to have another sheet which gives us the unique values. That way, a secretary can read through all unique values and notice "DEPT1" and "Department 1" and know he/she needs to add it to the translation sheet used to operate the auto-replace. We also need a sheet that shows the summary for each department's expenses. We can use the sheet to notice $0 expenses which will alert us to the fact that expenses might be missing. Finally, we need to help the secretary in generating the expense report by having a control sheet where he/she can select the expense report period (e.g. January 2015 to July 2015) and have only those expenses be reported on. This also needs to automatically update the text on the report. The format of the reports are fixed. The input fields are fixed. I will supply you sample data. You just need to write the code that does all the calculations.
