Create a visual aid (2-3 excel charts in nicely linked workbook) to be used in a Powerpoint during monthly financial presentations. The company is launching a new bonus plan based on EBITDA. Participants are given a bonus rate % (ex. 15% of base salary) and if EBITDA is 90% of budgeted 100% target (range is 90% to 150%), then participant gets a corresponding bonus % payout rate of 90% (up to 200%) of their 15% bonus. Create a chart(s) that will create urgency/excitement about the bonus program and around the goal of increasing EBITDA. I have an excel file that illustrates the bonus plan and some possible charts. End Product: I need an excel workbook that can easily be updated on a monthly basis. Ideally I'd like only to input EBITDA figure monthly and everything else is linked and charts will update in a rational manner that can be pasted in PowerPoint on a monthly basis. I am hoping for a quick turn around. Thank you.
