Convert Excel SpreadSheet To a Simple Java application

I have an excel with multiple sheets and formulas. User has to insert data to some parts. Excel does the rest of the calculations. I just want that each sheet should look like a menu item (should be triggered via a menu) and the data should be entered accordingly. I do not want a database. I mean there is no need to convert excel data to db data. I just want to improve the presentation of the sheet and carry it to a more professional level. The privacy of this excel is very important, cause I plan to publish the formulas, so I will provide a sample sheet having same number of sheets and similar formulas. When the program is finished I will change the excel sheets myself.
