We would need to create a flow in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions to send customer satisfaction surveys (NPS) once an order has been closed (Opportunity = Won).

Email forms should also be created in 3 languages (we provide texts) with our corporate design (it's simple) and the surveys should be sent in a specific language based on the customer's region. The results should show up in a Dashboard in the CRM, divided by product line (4-5 product lines in total) and also be accessible through Sharepoint / OneDrive or similar (i.e. excel file) so we can use this data for reporting.
