Hi, I have some job openings on [login to view URL] and I have received a few hundred applicants. Some of them are unqualified people (people who can't work from home, don't have a PC or Internet connection, are already working somewhere) To save take better action, I need the leads who are good so that my HR can call them and schedule tests. I want someone (a recruiter) to call up all the applicants from [login to view URL], find out who is really going to work and then update my spreadsheet with the info about each lead. - You will need to familiarize yourself with the job requirement - You will need to read up a bit about the company from our website ([login to view URL]) - You will need to make the call from your own phone - You will need to fill our spreadsheet with info about each lead. I am prepared to pay 10 Rs per call, and an extra 10 Rs. per qualified lead (people who fulfill our criteria). Please make a bid for $50, rest I will pay you as bonus. Make sure - You are in India - You have a valid mobile you can make calls from - You have enough time to do this immediately Tell me if you have any HR / hiring experience and why I should hire you.
