Automated Numerology Report

I want to be able to create in MS word a series of automated numerology reports based on a person's birth name. I have attached an excel file which shows how the letters of a person's name are converted to numbers. I would like to be able to enter a person's full name on line B7 and then all the numbers on lines B8 to B11 are automatically populated. I would then need the numerology report to be automatically generated based on the number total shown in B11. There would be a separate word document for each different total appearing in B11. With my limited knowledge I envisage this being achieved with the data being entered in excel and with links established in word. However, I am looking for the most elegant solution so please feel free to submit your own ideas how this could be most easily achieved. Please submit your ideas of how this can be achieved within your bid. For the successful candidate there is likely to be additional work within this project. I really have no idea what work may be involved in completing this initial stage so please feel free to submit your own bid even if it doesn't meet the small project criteria.
