Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience.
Ability to juggle many tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starting problem solver with a friendly and positive attitude.
Detail oriented.
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word.
Responsibilities:
Distribute mail & faxes
Data Entry
Order supplies
Provide general administrative support to team
Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers
Check Policies
Invoicing
Data Gathering
