Hi. I', Solidity developer and I can help you with your project. There will be two smart contracts that you will deploy. First, is ERC20, I need to know token name, token symbol, token decimals, initial supply, that you want, and for mint function (only owner can call these function) I guess you want to mint new tokens with no limits? Also, we can add address minter and only minter can call mint function, so we can add function to change minter address, if you want. The second, is Airdrop, you will transfer ERC20 tokens to this contract, I need to know the amount of tokens that users will receive by calling the function with 0eth transaction (but you need to know that user will pay fees in eth, to be correct in wei to call this function, it will cost more then just transaction sending 0 eth). That's all. I will deploy smart contracts in ropsten testnet where you will can play with them and check that everything works fine. The payment for this job will be in ether (I guess, 1,5 ether will be fair price, but we can discuss) and small amount on this platform.
