Job role:
Sauriga are looking for an enthusiastic, Croatian-speaking, technical trainer for an exciting 3 month project, focusing on end-user training on a new piece of collaboration software.
This role will be split between 70% home-working and 30% travel to Europe.
Responsibilities:
Hold virtual and onsite training sessions for users
Complete floor-walking onsite to support users with the new tool
Provide virtual support and answer user questions on the new software
Record and edit training recordings to provide to users
Requirements:
Must have in depth knowledge of the functionality of one of the following pieces of collaboration software: MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Slack, Zoom.
Must speak English & Croatian fluently
Must have proven experience as a technical trainer
Ability to learn about new technologies in detail
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Able to travel to Europe (i.e. double vaccinated due to European Covid restrictions)
Suitable home working environment for video sessions (professional background, stable internet connection)
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week
