To whom it may concern, I am an experienced hardware developer of SMPS designs. I am a degree qualified engineer with a BEng(Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering and MIET. The given specification of: Input 12V (Tx) Output 5V 3A (Rx) Will be incredibly challenging and requires significant design effort to achieve. At present, there are limited vendors offering high power (Tx i/p 12V @>15W) solutions that will meet this (Rx o/p 5V@3A) specification. Regards William Holt
