The Client looking for a solution to control his renting apartment (property management).

Hey, I am actually working on a utility billing solution for a US based company and an integral part of it is the Property management component which includes setting up the property (number of units, unit level details etc.), setting up the resident (unit occupied, move in, move out dates in case of rented apartment), resident service requests, resident billing and payment etc. So, I am very well aware of how such system should be built. I am assuming that the client wants to do the following activity from the dashboard/control panel: 1. create multiple user who will use the system 2. add/edit/delete property/apartments 3. add tenancy for each property 4. keep track of rent collection etc.. 5. keeping tarck of maintenance and availability for each apartment 6. reminders for rent due, empty apartment, tenency expiration etc.. 7. Dear employer, Hi I have done my M.Sc. thesis using Python and MS Excel. It was about developing a numerical model for simulating fluids flow through porous media. I developed the main code in Python and developed my analyzer tools in MS Excel. I learned lots of tricks in programming with these two great languages. I also had 2 big contracts. One of them was a contract with an educational institute and was about developing an Excel program for managing their workshops participants. I developed this program with Exel VBA. The other contract was about developing a numerical model for the search and rescue operation in the sea which I developed with C++. I have about 5 years of work experience in computer programming using different languages.
