I AM CALLING TO FOR A INTERMEDIARY, IN A REAL ESTATE DISPUTE, AND NEED LEGAL EXPERTS OF AGREEMENTS OF PURCHASE AND SALE, WITHIN WHAT HAS BEEN A SERIES OF PROXIED AGENTS THAT HAVE CLAIMED TO TO BE THE MORTGATE OWNER, THE UNIT OWNER, PROPERTY OWNER, OUTSIDE OF THE REAL ESTATE AGENT WHO SOLD ME THE PROPERTY WHILE ASKING ME IF I HAD CASH TO BUY OUT THE PROPERTY. I WAS NOT GIVING MY LAND TITLE, BUT AS THE MORTGATE IS NOW DUE, THE MORTGATE OWNER NOW BRINGS HER SON TO MY CONDO ON FRIDAY TO SERVE ME, SAYING I SHOULD MOVE OUT, AND THEY WILL PAY ME NEXT MONTH'S RENT, AND HAVE TWO MONTHS TO GET MY STUFF OUT OF THE APARTMENT, AS I AM NOT LOOKING TO MOVE OUT, I AM LOOKING FOR AN INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN ME AS THE INVESTOR, AND THE COOWNER AS WELL AS THE CITY TO REWRITE THE LAND DEED AND OBTAIN MY LAND TITLE. AS THIS IS A CASE OF FRAUD, THE POLICE HAS BEEN INFORMED WITHIN THE NEED FOR THE FILE TO THE ADVANCED TO THE COURTS, NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS REAL ESTATE LAW, SO THIS WAY THIS CAN BE DONE IN A WAY WHERE YOU CAN SIGN INTO MY CORPORATION AND DEAL WITH SPEAKING TO THE MANUFACTURER AND MAKE THE PAYMENT TO START TO PROCESS OF OBTAINING MY LAND TITLE. I DIDN'T PURCHASE MY PROPERTY THROUGH A MORGATE OWNER AND HER SON. I CAME TO A SHARED LOT AND UPON GETTING DENIED AS SOMEONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE, THE REAL ESTATE AGENT WOULD QUALIFY ME BY ASKING IF I HAD CASH TO CARRY AND NEGOTAITE AND I DID. I WAS TAKING TO THE UNIT AFTER SAYING YES, WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING SIGNED AS THERE WAS A MEXICAN FAMILY WHO WAS IN THE UNIT AND THEY WERE GETTING DEPORTED, I'D NEOGITATE THEM FOR AN UNDISCLOSED PRIZE TO HELP THEM RELOCATE TO MEXICO, OF WHICH I WOULD COME INTO THE PROPERTY AND START TO RENOVATE WITHIN THE STRATA COPORATION ATTEMPTING TO KICK ME OUT, AS WELL AS WHAT BECAME ME PAYING FOR ALL LIABILITIES WITH REAL CASH AND THEM ATTEMPTING TO PUSH ME OUT, UNTIL THEY NOT ONLY STARTED TO DEFFER ON MAINTENANCE, BUT THE CEILING OF THE BUILDING FELL ON ME! I AM LOOKING FOR A LAYWER TO REPRESENT MY CORPORATION TO OBTAIN THE RIGHTFUL DEED OF THE CLIENT WE REPRESENT OF WHOM PAID REAL CASH FOR THE PROPERTY! AS THE PROPERTY WAS SERVED ON FRIDAY, OF WHICH THE MORTGAGE INSTALLMENT IS DUE IN A FEW HOURS, I'M LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ABLE TO REALLY THINK AND ADVANCE WHAT TO DO WITHIN OBTAINING MY LAND TITLE AND THIS GOING TO COURT! AS I'VE INVESTED REAL MONEY INTO A CONDOMINION THAT I'M NOW BEING EVICTED OUT OF BY MORTGATE OWNERS OF WHOM I DID NOT PURCHASE THE PROPRETY FROM WHO ARE COMING TO MY PROPRETY AND RECORDING ME, I WANT AN AGENT ABLE TO NOT ONLY GET A RESTRAINING ORDER IN PLACE, BUT ENGEGE THE CITY IN OBTAINING MY LAND TITLE.
