I need help with the placement and sizing of a linear actuator to open up a bench seat. I do not have the technical expertise to figure out the optimal placement, force requirements, or stroke length to make this work. Ideally a sketch would be produced showing the placement and size needed. CAD, Sketch-up, are acceptable. A highly detailed drawing is not as important as providing me the proper actuator to buy. I would like it to work on a remote if possible. The power will come from a standard 120V house outlet. You will also produce a complete list of part to buy from Progressive Automations. [login to view URL] Attached is a PDF with the approximate dimensions for both the booth and the space in the center I would like to put the actuator inside. The lid itself is 17-3/4" W x 100-1/2" long and weighs about 70 lbs. Let me know if you need any other information to help. Make an offer of what you feel this is worth for your time.

Suggest 12 volt dc to minimize cost and eliminate converter for 120 ac input to 12 volt dc output. Design schematics included for electrical circuit and push button controls.
