I'm working on a project to make a windows app that would send and receive data from ble DA14580 without adding any extra bluetooth dongle to a laptop. It is a dialog semiconductor ble chip I'm using. once the ble pairs with the laptop, it must send data to a com port. also the ble will be sending the coordinates along with the data. so the app must also control the cursor of the laptop.

There is not enough information about OS. In fact you can work with BLE on Window splatform WITHOUT any third-party software only if you have Windows 10 (with some limitations it is also possible with Windows 8). But if you have any other Windows OS you have to use third-party Bluetooth drivers or other methods that disable build-in Bluetooth Windows drivers. If you have other than MS drivers installed and do not want to remove them it also can be a problem. In case you have Windows 8 and above with MS Bluetooth drivers or early Windows version with BlueSoleil drivers the application can be developed fast enough with using our Bluetooth Framework. If you have any other system configuration the only way to do what you need is to write custom BLE implementation based on, let say, WinUSB driver. In this case it takes more time and will cost more. Iam having lot of working experience like this ble projects.. Iam having same kind of COM Communication between ble and laptop but with TIs CC2640R2 iam having the one chip.. Please send the photo copy of the chip and send the CD copy also with the chip you purchased.. We will do this project and complete as soon as possible.. Don't worry about the payments.. Payment will be after the first release and as per your satisfaction..
