USB port current detection in 30 seconds

Hi, this could be done via simple current detector (it could be resistor + op amp)connected to USB power bus, and will sense it's currents present. I would use a simple Arduino (could be Arduino nano/Uno) to sense this current and then start counting it for 25 seconds/whatever you want. Then for the restart operation we could discuss it later, how, depending on what kind of computer would be used. Let's discuss the details of this project over chat. Best Regards, Rijal
