you can get away with this using Arduino Mega Mega has lot of pins, for inputs and for outputs, analog pins as well as PWM pins so you will be able to connect all your sensors and actuators to the Mega and you can interface on the app ? to let you control your system ? control actuators like relays from the app ? or monitor your sensors data in real time from the app too ?
