We are looking for some power supply design work/sample-hardware 1st Deliverable: Here are some following specifications: 1. Input: wall outlet. 110vrms. 12amps - not to exceed 15amp. 2. Output: 50vrms - 3amp (or less) - sine wave 3. Size: 3"x3"x3" or less (ideal 20" total volume) Product sample (sample-hardware) needs to be presentable to the target party and needs to meet FCC, CE, EMF standards. 2nd Deliverable: Two product samples. 110Vrms(AC) to 50Vrms(AC), are you looking for that?? You can use iron core transfomer for that. Ok. If you want high frequency, then we will use H bridge using IGBT. I have done similar project, 110DC to 80AC inverter, i will share you the photos. What is control? closed loop or open loop?? Please chat with me. Im from india, testing i can do in my place but components and PCB,you should pay money.

In the output details you have not mentioned the frequency of the sine wave. I am assuming it as 60 Hz. Please note I have not included the shipment cost of the samples in my bid. Could you re-confirm the sine wave part? Or is a DC output suitable. For such a small enclosure, it is best to use an SMPS power supply which converts the AC input into DC then high frequency AC to step down and then again into DC. If you want to add another step into AC, then that adds another layer of complexity. Also considering the output power of 150W, a regular system will generate 20-30W of heat which is hard to dissipate in such a small enclosure. If you can share the the application, then I can help you in figuring out the most optimal design/configuration for this product.
