Hi, I can do the mentioned task as I have the NRF52 DK available which can be used for testing the ADC channel. What I purpose is that I can design the firmware architecture for your application that can be derived from the ble_UART example of nordic SDK which will use to send data to mobile using ble service or any other as you suggest.
