Hi, I have five years of experience in soldering SMD components (including 0402). I can send you some samples of my work if you would like to look at some. I use really good tools for soldering (e.g. micro-soldering stations like JBC). Since I have no testimonials and recommendations on this site, I will offer you the best price. Considering your destination, I recommend using the post office for this project (I'm from the Czech Republic) = the expected delivery time for one trip should be less than a week for the cheapest option. I have 3 years of hand soldering experience, 2 of which are with IPC-A-610 class 2 standards and another year is microsoldering iPhone motherboards. My equipment consists of all that is needed for microsoldering - microscope, Weller soldering station, hot air station, ESD protection and all other tools. I can give the approximate time for completing the task after seeing the board layout. But probably in the time you are proposing, 70-90 hours. Because of my location I would have to receive and send the boards by post. My hourly rate can be discussed.

I am Based in Newcastle upon Tyne and have all the equipment for soldering Surface Mount Components. I normally use a stencil to screen print solder paste. Do you have a stencil for your Boards if not I suggests you order one from your PCB supplier it will cut down assembly time enormously. If the boards are relatively small, you don't say the size or number of components I would use a hotplate to solder all components followed by visual inspection and clean up using ultrasonic flux removal bath. Finally spray coating with a standard PCB protection spray unless you wish to add further components in which case I would leave the board bare, up to you? I assume you will supply components but I do have the normal ranges of 0805 components R and C in stock here. For assembly I charge £27 per hour with or without a stencil. If no stencil then time will be longer. Sorry I am not that near to Milton Keynes but at least I am in the UK. Thanks for reading and good luck with your project.

I can solder through hole, surface mount components, 0603, 0805, 0402. Very fine ICs, my solder joints are very neat, and I have worked in quality assurance to inspect other peoples solder joints to ensure they meet standard. I have also soldered to medical standard using very fine ICs I would really like to be given this opportunity to build your circuit boards up for you. Although I do not live in the area that you would prefer, I would ensure that the products meet your target date, and are packed in anti static wrap and and protected to ensure there is no damage.
