I can build a prototype of the "bee" drone on my side. The prototype will require more powerful hardware than any Arduino. For image processing I recommend to use single-board computers like OrangePi Zero or Raspberry Pi. The basic flight functions can be provided by any kind of ready-made autopilot like Pixhawk.
