Job Summary

The senior technician is responsible for all workshop floor operations and must be used to working on all the major jobs of cars. Their role is also to train the junior technicians.

Responsibilities and Duties

1) Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, wheel alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations

3) Conduct diagnostic procedures to determine problem sources to give accurate repair recommendations

4) Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety

5) Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness

6) Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records

7) Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity & workplace safety

8) Fixing / replacing car wiring to achieve various outcomes

9) Working with car AV & other electronic systems to fix/replace/upgrade them

10) Diagnosis of issues/complaints in the car through various tools
