What are you actually wanting someone to look at? You seem to have an idea based on something you have seen or heard about, but it hasn't been explained well. Do you actually know what fuzzy logic is and where it gets used? Do you actually know what a permanent magnet synchronous motor is? Using a fly wheel is a relatively straight forward concept but is actually getting power into and out of them is far more difficult due to mechanical losses.
