The device we want is a DIY smart light switch. It will use 315MHz / 433MHz / 2.4GHz wireless to communicate to a gateway. The requirement for the circuit is that we need to draw power for the PCB through a light bulb as low power as 3W.
The reason is that most often, mechanical light switches are wired in series with the light bulb, and a neutral line may not be available.

We need an experienced circuit design engineer who knows analog power supplies as well as micro controllers. The single live wire power circuit is the most important. On top of that, we will need a lower power, low speed MCU which plays well with low current sleep and timers, plus a low power wireless chip. We are thinking 315MHz.
