Hello there How are you? I am an experienced electrical engineer who has 7+ years experience in circuit and pcb design. I have done a lot of projects before that is related with switching mode power supply hardware design. I prefer to use altium designer for pcb design and I can use any kind of pcb design software tool. - 3kw Constant Voltage Constant Frequency (CVCF) - 500W 12,24V battery chareger - 1kw DC-AC power inverter (Half-bridge) - 12V battery fast charger If you want to see my example, I will show you my former pcb design. Hello, I'm very familiar with power supply design. I have designed several tens of devices that are in serial production right now. I have designed device that pass EMC and EMI testings so You can acquire all kinds of certifications (FCC, CE and similar). I'm also familiar with various types of production processes and I can optimize the power supply to be manufactured as cheap as possible. I only require dimensions of the PSU, power rating of each output and connector types/lead wires for each output, so I can give you rough suggestions on design and price of each unit on different scales.
