Re-creating a MATLAB-Simulink model for Li-Ion battery from a research article

Hello, I'm working on the battery management system (BMS) design for a lithium ion battery pack. In this, I want to model a lithium-ion cell using 'Equivalent circuit model' method where we parameterize a cell using multiple RC branches. have already modeled the cell using 2-RC network and have estimated R-C parameters, OCV, Internal resistance as a function of SOC and current. Now I want to use these parameters to create a Simulink model which will simulate the voltage response of the battery. I've attached research article where author has created a simulink model of a lithum ion battery with 2 RC parameter data. Kindly go through the paper. Key Deliverable: I want an engineer (preferably from EV/Li-ion battery industry) to re-create the complete error-free MATLAB-Simulink model as per the attached research article.
