Libre Writer Document Formatting

200 page document needs formatting only (no editing). I have written a report that basically consists mostly of a list of weblinks links (copied and pasted from elsewhere) with some added commentary between links and chapters. I am not trained in using Writer. As such, the document, from a formatting perspective is a complete mess. There are 22 chapters (average 8 links per page) with new links, commentary, and sometimes graphics added daily. When I add data, everything gets shifted all over the place. Text, and fonts change size, color and location and graphics move around. Part of my problem appears to be from tabbing instead of inserting page breaks. Since this document is and will forever be a work in progress with added data, I will need some guidance on how to keep it looking good after repair. Things I need fixing- uniform text style, size and colors in different sections, shortening of web links (some are ridiculously long.) Uniform web link color and underline. The topic of my document is political and very touchy. It isn't for everyone. Therefore, if you're interested in this job, I will need to know your political persuasion. Playing it safe by choosing the middle / independent will likely not work for either of us. You're either in line with my beliefs or you aren't. There are a few reasons for this which are very relevant which I care not to discuss. I'm likely to choose a skype type fix where document resides on my server, and you provide real-time guidance. Or, I may decide to send you the document for a direct fix. Strong command of the English language, especially verbally. Upon contact, please state your politics.
