Hi, I have been gone through with your project description and found that you want to use Azure Vision API and apply OCR on PDF documents. - I will monitor network folder A using .NET, but user must have permission to access PDF file - I will use queue system to monitor multiple file and process with multi tasking libs. - I will send to Azure vision API for OCR process and collect output as text from same. - I will create new PDF file from Azure output and store in folder B - Store original pdf file in tiff fomat in folder C - Is there any format we have to apply on OCR text capture from Azure output.
