quick help with dotnet core blazor image genrator for image and 2 texts fields

I need an expert in dotnetcore blazor to help in making simple app where I have an image (blank [login to view URL]) and 2 wisyig text fields on top of that image, where user can type text on that fields on any language he want, and choose the color of the words of the text to be normal, bold, italic, underlying, forcolor, backcolor, alignment (left, right, center) and save the result as image([login to view URL]). Note the page should be responsive.
