Hello One thing what can be done is setup to use different mail service provider. Zoho, SMTP2GO and perhaps google mail service. They ask small fee. Let me know if interested. I can set it up for you via teamviewer + configure web app to use other SMTP. greetings taavi

Hi ..I am an experienced linux server engineer ..If mails are going to spam even after setting up SPF then it is the problem with the hosting provider itself ... Setting up DKIM won't help with the issue ... So, I suggest you to use reliable email service provider like Zoho, Gsuite etc for sending and receiving mails ... Hello, I know well how email systems work and also I'm very familiar with various DNS records, especially MX/TXT/SPF/DKIM which are related to email functionality. Yes, you should configure SPF/DKIM records, also it's better to define DNS reverse record for your email server's IPs to get your emails out of Spam box. I can do all of those for you and test the results (your email wont go to Spam).

Hi, I have carefully read and understood your requirements and needs. I can fix the issue and can deliver your company emails to Inbox in all ESPs. I have expert skills in Email and Email Marketing. So i have fixed many such issues of my client. I sugget you to have your own VPS for sending emails. I can setup and configure your SMTP Server for sending/receiving emails of your company emails. There are many ESP which have issues in email delivery. they may use shared servers which will affect the shared IP reputation which can cause landing emails in SPAM folder. Your email server requires SPF record for verifying the server and ip ownership, DKIM for digital signature to verify the domain ownership. rDNS and proper PTR records for verifying the sender server. DMARC for proper mail flow. Until the issue fixed, i suggest NOT to send any emails from your server. I can - setup Email Server with Postfix + Dovecot and MySQL. - setup openDKIM service for DKIM signature on your sending emails. - setup Reputed IP or your email server. - setup PostfixAdmin for managing email boxes - setup content filters like AMVIS, spam filter like SpamAssassin, AntiVirus like ClamAV - setup all required DNS records like A, CNAME, MX, SPF, rDNS, DKIM, DMARC, PTR etc. - setup SSL for emails and protocols like IMAPS and POP3S looking forward for your message to discuss more.. regards Sharath Murali

Simple. Change hosting provider and remove your domain from black list. Also we need to scan the entire network it could be something or someone sending spam without their knowledge. I can help with that if you'd like.
