Hi there, It looks like your domain doesn't have a correct SPF record for runbox - this will cause issues with Gmail, although it is odd if you only started having this issue now please? We strongly recommend using features such as SPF as they allow all email services to work out more easily which emails are likely to be genuine and which are not. Adding a SPF record to your domain’s DNS is as easy as adding the MX record you added to direct email to the Runbox servers, and therefore we would urge you do that now to help avoid messages going to the spam folders of your recipients. We have some information about adding a SPF record to your domain on our website at [login to view URL] It’s also worth considering using DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) signatures with your outgoing mail as this can also help with deliverability and proving the authenticity of your outgoing mail. Greetings! Fixing SPF is just a couple of minutes of task. Go to DNS settings, create a TXT record. In the first field, put @ and in the second field, put: v=spf1 +a +mx ~all. You are done. If you want to allow other ips, you can add using +ip4:1.2.3.4 before ~all. Job done. Thank you Ganesh D.
