Virtual Kitchen Renovations

You are paid for each picture. I am considering using digital renovations as a selling / buying option within my business. When a client is considering buying an older home, often the kitchen, floors, paint and lighting are older and need to be updated or even remodeled. For example, changing the kitchen - Perhaps making it open concept, with a stone countertop, backsplash and stainless steel appliances would help a buyer decide to purchase. Despite doing the digital remodeling, the buyer may not purchase the property, thus it becomes a waste of money and time, but if there's a software trick that allows for quick and affordable jobs, then I would do this with every house I sell and with every buyer to show the buyers what's possible. In the images below, I would only need picture [login to view URL] modified, however, I have included the other pictures for reference. I would pay you for each remodeled picture. This is something I would do often if it was affordable, thus wondering if you have a quick way of creating these digital images? Let me know if there's a quick or even a slow way to do this. Sometimes I am given more time and other times, I need it same day. Let me know your thoughts or suggestions and a cost per image for your work.
