Looking for Operation Support Analyst – Level III with 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry

Project Duration: 3-6 months Budget: Upto INR 16 Lakhs Below are the role requirements: Responsibilities: • All selected responsibilities associated with Operation Support Analyst – Level II • Manage operational problems and incidents according to established IT operation standards and processes • Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate junior support analysts • Maintain policy, procedure and process manuals • Monitor and evaluate support-based service levels • Compile and create periodic operation performance reports to inform management and other stakeholders • Manage end user communications and announcements; handle questions and complaints regarding operational issues • Manage relationships with third party service/software providers and obtain all current patches and updates • Build and maintain defined action plans for issues and conduct trend analysis • Identify internal opportunities for continuous improvement and implement them • Provide third level user/customer telephone support as necessary Qualifications: • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience • > 5 years of experience in operation support • Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure development • Experience with various server/desktop systems, operating systems, and diverse technical environments • Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
