I am a industrial designer with experience in consumer wearable & medical product designs,I specialize in creating ergonomic design solutions & CAD optimizations. Hi, I am a product designer by profession and am able to assist you in developing plastic shell casing for the devices. As this is a product development project, you will probably need a designer to develop plastic components are good & perfect for manufacturing. I would like to share a bit of my work experience, during my early employment at a product firm, I had done a flower pot design (3 different sizes) & a handheld device design for manufacturing, product design development is a tedious milestone. Certainly these past project experience assisted me to work independently in developing an outdoor seat numbering translucent plastic component that retrofit into a steel square hollow section. It was a small project but I was able to make changes onto the existing part - plastic seat connector with added feature (tight fit into Square Hollow Section) and also developed a translucent seat number cover with snap fit feature. I made a project decision by myself to eliminate making two new moulds where the company only need to invest one new mould for the seat cover part and only some minor changes onto existing mould for the seat connector.
