Technical Opentext ECM Consultant

We are looking for a very Strong technical Knowledge in Open text / EMC EDM technical experience. o Strong in technical abilities (& strong sense of business acumen), this is directly facing business key users. o Candidate must work with key business users to understand & resolves issues within Document & record management environment * Excellent communication skills * Fluent in English - Written & verbal * Business Influencer * Products used - Opentext & Info Archive Technical Subject Matter expertise on: a. Bulk updates b. Collection configs c. Migrations d. Picklist e. User management f. Workflows g. Update meta-data * Can automate most of the incidents & changes on above * Hands on experience on validation (manual / automated) * Experience with ITSM & Service Management tooling (Remedy) * Should have experience or knowledge in Content Server, D2, Administration, xPlore, ADTS, MyInsight, IDS, Retention Policy Services, Process Engine, BPS, BPM and Infoarchive Soft Skills Needed * Ability to work with various teams and help them with their issues. * Ability to present or engage upper level management. * Ability to work in a cross-functional team. * Ability to review the technical and non-technical works
