position of hyperplane using support vector machine(SVM)

I have ship’s data(id, date, time, longitude, latitude, speed, course). The data is from matlab file. I'd like to get position of hyperplane using support vector machine(SVM) I need position(longitude and latitude between start to end) of hyperlane. Because I think of the hyperlane as centerline route. I attatched one powerpoint for explanation of data and project detail
