Budget: US$60 bi-weekly (every two weeks) 3 hours per day (5 days per week/ Mon-Friday Pacific Time) A growing e-commerce business is looking for a Purchase Analyst/Business Analyst to join the team. The tasks will be primarily based on Google Sheet, so ADVANCED knowledge of Google Sheet skills are critical for this position. Purchase Analyst will perform a critical role of the business operations. Candidates who can are successful with the 3 month trial period will be offered loyalty pay and bonus programs, and possibility of turning into a long term employment opportunities. Budget: US$60 bi-weekly (every two weeks) 3 hours per day (5 days per week/ Mon-Friday Pacific Time) ## Requirements 1. Google Sheet - formulas. Intermediate to advanced Google sheet formula writing/reading skill is required for this position. (You should be well versed in formulas such as Arrayformula, Vlookup, Pivot table, Query, If etc...) 2. Availability (3 hours/day, 5 days per week), ability to do frequent Whatsapp calls, screenshare on short notice. Quick response to Whatsapp messages is critical to this position. 3. Working Hours: 3 consecutive & regular hours between 10:30am-3:30pm (Pacific Time). 4. Documentation skill (Writing/maintain Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) manual, Making SOP video, , general organizational skills with emails/tickets) 5. Some knowledge of Google App Script is a big plus. ## Roles & responsibilities - Preparing price list spreadsheet and data clean up; - Processing new Invoices and create shipment on Seller Central; - Assessing, compiling and sending restock orders; - Document and maintain SOP, including writing procedures, taking screenshot instructional videos, take screenshots; - Maintain Amazon Seller Central online portal (adjusting price, manage listings etc...) - Create/maintain Integromat scenarios; - Create/maintain DocParser models
