I worked in Hotels for 10 years within Australia, the last three I was a Front Office Manager dealing with the entire operation.
This included all rooms administration. i. e, dealing with OTA's, managing rfs preposals and rate/budget management.
Just wondering what channel manager you are using?
If it is by chance Siteminder I already have all the experience required, if its another, it may take a bit of extra time to familiarize myself with it.
All I would need is the room descriptions, amenities and to know what type of RMS you also use. Unless its a cloud one that is bundled with your channel manager.
Also what restictions you needed on the units in question. This information should be whats already listed on Booking.com.
If you have already started the process of onboarding onto both sites (Agoda and Expedia) it would make it a lot eaiser too.
