- Description of workload - A series of emails a proportions with PDF attachments and Excel files. These need to be compiled into a single LibreOffice (odf) file with an index entry for each correspondence, and each attachments each correspondence will need to be listed under a heading 2 (h2), and each of the attachments copied and added into this document under a Heading 3 (h3) The workload is presumed to be done via copy-and-paste of the material provided to the person conducting this work. It will also be necessary to use the internet to have the PDF attachments transformed into text using a website service such as: [login to view URL] Therefore, the PDF will have to be added as screenshots and transformed text (OCR) Therefore, it is not necessary to have advanced IT Skills. However, it will be necessary for this person to be capable of keeping attention to the details. Further detailed information on the work will be provided, such as how the headings should be worded Payments will be release upon milestones (to be agreed), and final payment will be done upon receipt of the final document and positive validation. Please I have worked with others in the past and I am not one to attempt to find errors. Deadline is for TWO WEEKS, but it should be able to be done in less time. Please provide an estimative for the work assuming 40 emails contains 1 x PDF with 3 pages in each.
