Need Developer to Automate Process of Inserting Data into Excel Sheets and Exporting into JSON

I have an Excel file that contains a dynamic amount of sheets with a dynamic amount of data and I also have a folder that contains a dynamic amount of sub-folders, with each one having a 1:1 relationship of sub-folders in the folder to sheets in the Excel file. The data within the Excel sheets represent individual items with several attribute fields classifying the item, refer to "DataExample" in the attached project files to see an example. The sub-folders have an equal amount of images as items in each sheet, refer to "ImagesExample" in the attached project files to see an example. I need some slight data conditioning to be performed on the image name prior to inserting it into the corresponding "Image" column of the Excel sheet. This includes ensuring all file extensions are ".png" and do not contain certain characters / symbols. This needs to be performed for every sheet and every folder that is supplied. I am typically processing around 1,000 data entries at a time - I don't need this to be lightning fast, I just want to be able to specify the file paths and have the program handle the work for me. After the data has been inserted, I need to then extract the completed entries into a JSON formatted file, refer to "JSONExample" in the attached project files to see an example. Once all of this has been completed I am interested in pulling some simple analytics to summarize all the data that was processed such as sorting all of the individual Types or Styles into respective sheets and having a count of each one. I would prefer for whatever solution is created be written in Python. I am capable of doing this myself, however, I do not have the luxury of time to spend tinkering around with it as there is an urgency to the delivery of the work. Therefore, I know roughly how long this should take and how much it should cost - please do not waste my time or yours by giving me some outrageous estimate. I might have additional small projects similar to this in the future so there is definitely the possibility for additional work.
