Need Assistant for Daily Personal/Business task

We're looking for a English/ Spanish virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 20 hours per week. The work will include the following: - Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar - Handle financial matters, reports, and reminders - Make business purchases and deal with vendors - Respond to business/personal emails - Making outgoing calls - Designing cards for birthday parties, special occasion, etc. - Creating design templates for brochures and etc. - Task Tracking - Must be punctual - Make appointments Skills required: - FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPEAKING - WRITING Reading etc - Pref with a GRAPHIC DESIGN experience should have exp with Photoshop power point excel quickbooks, - Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar - Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat The assistant must be accustom to working under pressure and able to take on both business and personal task. Every MWF we will have a conference call (11AM EST) to go over everything on the todo list (Click up). To start we will work MWF or MTWTh depending on what the business requires. A mandatory email is requested at the close of each day with all completed task and important updates.
