Do not bid until you have read and understood the whole description. Budget is $30 and below per 15 hour work week. Bids above this will be ignored. We are looking for an additional superstar to join our growing business. A reliable and honest Virtual Assistant, for 2-3 hours daily to help drive forward and oversee delivery of domestic maid services in the UK. You will need to be reliable and possess a broad skill set with an eagerness to go above and beyond to deliver excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, whilst tracking time with a time tracking extension, be able to propose and implement improvements to process and procedures to help drive business growth. I need someone who can turn their hand to pretty much any desk based task set them, in order to drive up productivity within our business. You will have an ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, via online Video and chat, with colleagues and with clients. Task 1 - Research for and operate best online software to manage this. (Search Cleaning Company management software) I need someone who can confidently tackle these daily operational tasks and any others arising. Deal with customer enquiries, and schedule cleaners, and arrange payments from customers. Onboarding new cleaners, and new customers Communicate with the cleaners and with the customers Raising & emailing invoices to the customers, ensuring payments are processed Ensuring we help the cleaners to send us their weekly invoices for payment Remote staff scheduling - Diary management Social Posting, Create Ops Manual for Cleaners Create Contracts for Householders Create Cleaning checklist Develop Marketing materials Monitoring and organizing schedules across the team Customer support email Organising Tasks and Projects Maintaining contacts and CRM Online research / Data entry / data Cleansing Creating and maintaining data (Hub Spot, excel and GSheets) Maintaining and updating website content Build / configure WP sites Social media marketing General book keeping and financial transaction recording Processing payment and reconciliations Posting of Invoices to accounts General Back office admin as required You must be able to operate during UK hours and be fluent in English speaking directly to the Supervisor for daily briefings We have worked with off-shore partners for a long time and all candidates who have demonstrated they meet the criteria will be given some interview tasks to test their actual ability, not just what their CV says.. "If I were a fictional character I'd be King Kong, I’m now a gigantic ape. If that isn’t cool, I don’t know what is. Why you should select efforts 1. I'm tech savy and data analyst guy so I have command over all the softwares you stated above. 2. I have watched enough British series and movies , so I can easily communicate and understand British accent. 3. Pandemic has postponed my exams so I have ample time to invest and earn extra money , like who doesn't wanna earn extra money , so with a fear of losing that opportunity I would be working more efficiently.

Hey, If I were a fictional character I'd be IRONMAN I can do the daily administrative tasks as a virtual assistant for your online business. I can work hours daily. I have other skills such as posting to social media, scraping documents or directories, and posting to the WordPress website and data input from various sources to Excel or word. I am a vocational Personal Assistant who has dedicated her entire professional life to supporting and helping others with all the things they hate, don't know how or don't have time to do (all that admin stuff!). I have worked by myself and in teams, I have managed subordinates and assisted CEOs, I also run my own PA business on a freelance part-time basis for both companies and private individuals.
