$10 for looking up contact ways of 20000 companies in 4 months

Hello everyone. Thank you for your interest. Please read carefully about the project description before participating bidding. Project description(including attachment) will work as a contract between us, which is also the basis when there is dispute. Once you participate the bidding, you would be regarded as accepting the project description. My budget for this project is $10, please bid only if you accept the budget. The deadline is 4 months. In order to keep quality of work and guarantee the timeliness of payment, the project will be done by 4 stages in sequence.(contact ways of 5000 companies for one stage. There are 4 stages in total). The deadline of each stage is 1 month after you receive the company list. Before each stage, I will create a milestone of $2.5. When I get your work, I will conduct a selective examination, if there is an error rate more than 20%, I have the right to stop the project. Once your work pass my examination, I will release the milestone at once. Please refer to the attachment for the sample with working instruction. I write a detailed sample with instruction for helping you effectively and quickly doing the project, which is also the acceptance standard.
