I have carefully reviewed the detailed job description provided on this job post.
Based on hands-on job experience in Facility Management and with my expertise in Excel template design, I will create and deliver a professionally designed, user-friendly and easy-to-maintain protected excel workbook.
It would essentially consist of:
1. Summary sheet (master sheet) which will act as a read-only Control sheet with filters, for the User (Strata Manager) to track and prioritize their "to-do's / tasks" across all of their portfolios.
2. Individual portfolio sheets (10 nos. or a maximum number specified by you) for each Unit / Complex, with a template to enter / update various tasks with the Task category, Start & Deadline dates, Priority, Progress status etc. selected, using drop-down lists containing pre-defined values, and so on.
