Carry out new and continuing personnel projects through appropriate application of principles and techniques to meet the specific needs of management. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation briefings. Provide managers, employees, and job applicants with information and interpretations of recruitment and placement procedures, practices, policies, and guidelines when the issues are moderately problematic.
