I am looking for a customer service person. You will be tasked with managing communications with customers via social media, our website chat application, our trouble ticketing system, and via email.
You'll need to work 40 hours per week and each day you'll be required to post data to our social media channels, respond to customers via social media, delete spam comments on both the FaceBook page and on the website.
You need to be a hard worker, a fast learner, you must provide excellent customer service support.
The job entails a lot of emailing customers, a lot of following up with customers, and you must have very very very good English.
Bids for more than $3 per hour will not be considered. This is a 40 hour per week long term project. I am looking for a person that is willing to work at least 1 year. We can discuss a possible raise after 90 days for very good work.

i have similar work experience on the given field. I used to work in UAE.. and used to interact with the customers by exchanging emails and as well as on Telephone. we used to give server support, and I used to manage all customer service department.
