Hello Sir/Maam, I saw your post regarding excel customer satisfaction survey. I am thinking of a Userform on the Data Entry Sheet wherein you will have textbox and buttons you will use for the inputs. Once the inputs are saved, the inputs will go to Customer Data Sheet together with their answers on the questions. Then, the last sheet (Graphics) will be updated automatically as the data were saved. Just have few questions: 1. Regarding the image you have sent, is this the graphics that we will follow or it is just an example? 2. What are the questions you have? Is it answerable by yes or no? PS: VBA Macro will be used here.
