We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/ Assistant Office Manager for our management office in Paramus, NJ. Prime Time has centers in six locations New Jersey,New York and Other states too . Our management office supports our schools and oversees all operations including human resources, finance, bookkeeping, marketing, curriculum, payroll, and school administration.
This role is responsible for assisting our management staff in overall company operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and be familiar with quality childcare programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who would like to grow with Prime Time. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, reliable, personable and can work independently. In addition, this person is able to take initiative and bring a sense of humor to work.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, able to multi-task and complete work on short timelines with competing priorities.
Able to assist in keeping a small, but busy office running efficiently. This includes basic administrative/ customer service skills, working with vendors, ordering supplies and general office organization. Provide general administrative and clerical support for both the office and the six schools. Flexible with taking on additional tasks as needed.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and other basic office software.
Familiarity with child care software such as ChildcareCRM, ProCare, and Preschool2Me is a plus!
Human Resources background; experience with payroll, insurance, HR policies for hiring and training.
Job Type: Part Time, 15 - 20 hours/ week, flexible hours
