Respected, My name is Angelico Wai Cho I am 28 years old and I am from Philippines I speak, read and write English fluently. I have great experience in working as a Customer support Representative, call agent and lead generation I have finished grammar school where I have been studying English. I have been working in an office I personally owned for 2 years which assisting intelligent people who wants to have a project based jobs especially lead generation and customer service. I also worked for an American company called Foodsquire since August 2017 until April 2019 where I have worked as a customer support representative (call agent) which required excellent language and communication skills. There, I had to speak in English for 8 hours to assist my clients and customers with their concerns. Also I worked for a roofing company from Canada called Rocksolid Roofing as a lead generator agent for call centers for 6 months, where I had to get information in the internet about different roofing companies all over the United states which required great attention to details. Also, I worked in call center in Philippines, in my hometown, for a US based company named AT&T where I used to be part of the collections department. I used to handle phonecalls for them to assist customers with their bills and this job required me to have a lot of patience specifically when explaining a Bill. Kind regards, Wai Cho
