Over the past five years, I have worked in Customer support and Administration roles at varying capacities for various organizations, and o believe I have what it takes to help the company.
Outside of the working environment, I do a lot of volunteering and event planning for the church I attend (Loyalty House International) in terms of outreaches to orphanages and prisons, and this has enabled to be more friendly, open and empathetic, and has also given me a good knowledge of how to relate with people in differing levels.
I am passionate about helping other people succeed (this is the reason I underwent a training in stress management, decision making and team building in the workplace). I have great verbal and written communication skills, as well as great organizational skills.
I believe, with my deep understanding and expertise, I can assist as many customers as possible, thereby building and maintaining meaningful relationships.
